Policy on exchanges and returns

Femella accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased within 20 days after delivery. Alternatively, you may mail the merchandise yourself or wait for the firm to organize a return pick up. In exchange for shipping the items yourself, the firm will give you 10% off your future order. The refund procedure will begin after the firm receives the returned item. Femella will transfer the money to your account in the form of a one-year shop credit.

For any pre-paid purchases over Rs. 699, we provide complimentary delivery. Orders placed through cash on delivery (COD) are subject to an extra cost of Rs. 200. Orders with a value less than Rs. 699 will be subject to an additional fee of Rs. 75.

All of Femella orders are processed and sent within 48 hours of when the purchase is placed. Orders made after 12:00 p.m. on Friday are processed and sent the following Monday or the next business day.

It normally takes 5-7 business days, depending on where you are located, to get your order. If the package seems to have been tampered with, please refuse to accept it.

Your purchase will be tracked as soon as it leaves the warehouse, and you will be notified via email when this occurs.

Items that have not been worn, cleaned, or changed will be accepted for return or exchange at our discretion. All tags must be attached, and the products must be returned in their original packaging in order to qualify. Item(s) are eligible for return or exchange if they are returned within 14 days of the day they were delivered.
