Amanté Return & Exchange Policy
amanté takes great pleasure in its reputation as a company that provides quality products at reasonable prices. We want you to be fully delighted with your purchase, and we are here to help. Certain restrictions do exist, however, due to the personal nature of the products sold on amantélingerie.com.
There is no warranty or guarantee on any of our items. Customer responsibility for purchasing means no returns will be provided unless the bought things are faulty or damaged. Bras, sleepwear, sportswear, and swimwear may be exchanged as long as the hygienic liner is in place.
- Items bought at full price are eligible for exchange if they are returned in their original condition. Any item bought at a discount during a sale period cannot be exchanged.
- Email email@example.com within 15 days if you want to exchange an item and we will set up the return pick up.
- Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on briefs or panties.
- In the event that an item purchased online cannot be returned, we may be able to arrange for an exchange.
- Returned goods must be received within two weeks of the date of initial shipping.
- We only accept things that have been returned in their original packaging, with all of the original tags still attached, with the hygiene lining still in place, and with no signs of wear or damage. MAS Brands (Private) Ltd. shall determine the condition of the returned item(s) in its exclusive discretion.
- Nothing has been used, worn, cleaned, or otherwise tampered with the item before.
- This should be done in the case that a package has been damaged during shipment.
- There are no refunds for shipping and handling expenses that were already paid.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders are transported from different warehouses in India, whether they are ours or third-party ones. As of right now, we don't ship to any other countries. After we receive your purchase and complete your payment, we will do all we can to get the items to you as quickly as possible, usually between one to fifteen business days. How long it takes to get something to you depends on where it is going.
- Orders will be delivered Monday through Saturday between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., either by our own employees or by third-party courier and logistics organizations.
- There is no option for Cash on Delivery for transactions beyond Rs.10,000.
- Delivered goods must be acknowledged upon arrival at the specified location. Please note that we are not responsible for any acknowledgement made by someone other than the person who placed an order.
- We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to erroneous addresses since they were approved by the cardholder.
- Once the items have been delivered, we are not liable for any damage to them.
- A customer support representative must be contacted within a day after delivery if there are any reports of shortages or damages.
